On the heels of the dastardly manner in which shorts have stolen half of Molycorp's market cap in the USA, Lynas management must issue news NOW as to LAMP status and progress.
It is no longer just backroom negotiations that matter for issuing the TOL. The shareholders are leaving through the front door and the shorts are doubling the problem.
Does management want the market cap of this company destroyed? I would think not as that would seriously impair capital raising for future expansion needs down the road (Duncan, etc.)
Time for management to do more than act like a banker.
If Lynas is a long-term buy -- prove it to us!
