Will issuing of the performance shares to NC lead to : a) A dilution with the outcome being the same market cap as now ie 20c / share b) a dilution with the outcome being the same price as now ie: Doubling of the market cap on the issue of shares.
In a tightly held stock, the sticky holders call the shots. They will not want to see dilution of share price. However mum and dad investors can cause whipsawing of the price.
March will be interesting.
