nc phlegmatic management style

NC disappoints me every time again and again. Every one who writes that his quarterly report was good need his head examined. NC does not understand that ALL the market is interested with is PRODUCTION ASAP. Instead he blubbers about zero accidents record as if this is a source of income. At the beginning of December when the containers arrived they said that they expect to have refined product by 45 days. Now 60 days elapsed and they have nothing to show for it except stories about leaching. That is the reason for the SP decline. They should have got something out by hook and by crook by now. But these phlegmatic persons are worried about zero accidents or some other BS instead.
Sorry I bought a position and have to be disappointed again and again. I wonder what kind of stories they will come with by the end of February. I should have known better.
