I agree with what you assumed.
I also forgot to mention that every time he lies and over-promises. He never kept a time table and he promised there will be no need for CR. Next thing we had a CR.
He does not understand that this company will to down the drain if they don't get production very very soon. Instead he blubbers about anything but production.
