Nic Curtis should be put on notice by Australian Shareholders association ,and hopefully other substantial holders.
I believe that he should be given an option to choose an alternative deal ,so that everyone can benefit .
If he comes clean then he got more to gain. If not,his reputation and others around him are at stake.
