I've never held stock in in a company where I expect the board to update me on how complex negotiations are progressing (either continually or even periodically.) Only when those negotiations commence and when they are complete. This applies to the TOL and LYC.
I expect companies I hold to fulfill their obligations to me, not to my feelings. The board of LYC are doing so.
