    Make sense. I quite like the idea of owning MLX - with lookthrough exposure to NC1.
    MLX generating serious cashflows, with upside to NC1. Although the case for NC1 directly is also compelling too.
    Director buying almost $2m shares on market - that is pretty strong signal to me.
    In terms of the finance and execution - would they be able to develop on their own, or realistically, JV/sell a stake?
