    Depends on what scale they want to pursure.
    A lot of inflation from the 2008 study, on the flip side region access is improving and solar/storage plus the potential of electric mining. Its a whole new ball game.
    Then if they were to embrace DNI using nitric acid...

    A lot of upside, but to early to tell how long it will take to unlock the value... IMO
