If the plan is to unveil this at the NCEC (If not then the timing is a massive coincidence), then I have a suspicion we may get a T/O bid or at minimum a binding agreement in the next couple of days from CAT.
FBR are not an exhibitor at the convention and CAT are not going to unveil another companies product on the back of an MOU, considering the Hadrian is intended to be part of their product line it all makes a lot of sense.
IMO the second Hadrian x has been painted yellow with a CAT logo and will be at the convention.
