    The company is fully focused on intelligent lighting, I believe that's why we are all here.

    They have a passive technology investment in NCF which amounts to a 1/3 ownership. Consider it a free bonus. However, it's worthwhile to note that this 33% ownership might actually be worth more than the current market cap at this point in time.
