Why would someone who knows the severe consequences of messing with stocks in such a way disclose a statement such as this public forum? That is watched by the authorities.

I will tell you why, as it really is so simple....I believe it actually happened and publicly disclosing it clears UB and he may or may not be questioned over it. Remember calls can be traced easily nowadays so UB has nothing to hide here and has probably done so to protect himself.

It may be a bogus stirrer or real caller....but I believe UB when he says this happened.

The meaning of the call is open to conjecture.
