I can answer from a technical view. most of these USA goldies are in short term corrective waves (wave 4) about to breakout. I enclose the chart of GDX which really reflects most USA goldies. Baarrick gold has the same wave count. they will catch up soon.

NCM has a different wave count from US goldies. it is in its impulsive wave phase and will trade higher with POG price in my view not all goldies are the same.
