    I can see at least 3 TA reasons to short this stock from the charts ......
    1. Gap at $20.00 needs to close,
    2. Head & Shoulders pattern between July & end of August with the right shoulder lower than the left,
    3. Breach of Channel support with the stock now in a down trend,
