Instos still have not entered this stock. Spoke with one a few days ago.....the word is that many instos want to get behind Hart and BPC but their trust constitution does not permit investment until there is clarity over their debt arrangements.
Once the options are exercised (last week was last day) this will inject some more cash into BPC. Watch what the share price does once the insto's start to buy.
