    If I was NCM CEO, I would wait a few weeks before I make the announcement, otherwise it will look too sus given the past weeks trading.

    It would trigger another ASIC investigation as last time when NCM sagged 42% in 14 trading days.

    One pending investigation outcome and another will look bad.
