Clearly the market likes NCM management and they are a > 100% financeable management team.

Clearly AM & BC will never resign.CEO has to go, everyone knows that. He cant get the refi done and its now Feb 4.

Synergies would surely be great. I wonder if GSJBW have had chats with NCM ??
