    NCM could even launch and all scrip deal is my read.

    What a combined asset base, with better managers, board and finance.

    OZL management is 100% afraid of its shareholders so the deal is sure to pass unnopposed and would attract serious off shore interest and financing.

    M&A deal of 2009 just waiting to happen.

    Im sure the Investment banks are busy crunching as we speak.
