I am not sure when it will be included I remember reading something about a phase in period.
As for any potential jump - maybe??? But inclussions in any index rarely causes an immediate jump in the price as funds are aware of when these things are going to happen and buy in slowly over a period of time something that will show up in the trend of the stock.
