CNN this morning says analysts dont like the way the deal is structured. Although they like the price paid for direct tv, they are concerned about the load of debt placed on fox.
Apparently they see news and fox as one stock. Maybe it is, or should be; but to say 'the price you paid is good, and the income youll get is good - but we didnt want you to borrow to do it???'
Go figure.
Think I'll stand aside until the dust settles. Looks like theyll hammer this one some more.
