According to ASX the MM can change the price matrix whenever they decide even during trading hours, just like in this case ( due to eg. volatility ). ASX does not govern the way the MM trade its warrants, it is left to the competition forces. They can change the spread the same way as the above. And all this to protect their own pocket.
So if you not happy with one particular issuer just choose another, more stable and reliable.
I have asked SG two hours ago for the new matrix, because I was told they have it, and I am still waiting.
