NCR or Micros bid ahead?

I don't believe that so many (lot of millions shares) were bought between 22.5-23 cents. I don't think it's a big player that will take the risk for gaining 0.05cents!!!! ~2% even without taking into consideration the risk that the deal won't be approved! In my point of view, the POS players will loose Yum! Projects anyway cause they'll use DTS POS. So for then bidding an higher price makes lot of sence and in the meantime they're accumulating at a much cheaper price. I wish I'm right....
