I think everyone needs to take a deep breath, I am as frustrated as the next person but did people really think that a decision was going to be reached today after four hours of submissions and what I can only imagine is thousands of pages of affidavits and submitted evidence.

There is no way even in Australia a single judge of the HC would make a decision in a few hours, although given that a month would be considered long in Aus. However like it or not we are in Malaysia with different standards.

I would be highly surprised if this injunction standards because it seems lynas has jumped through more hoops then any company before it but hope for the best, because if this decision goes against us it could mean up to a two year wait in court (don't want to even think about the share price in this situation)
