Lonely nights on site had me do a bit of due diligence on NCZ and I came to the conclusion that it was some sort of financial scam being executed by XXX to get himself rich.

The figures told me a fair price at that time would be 25c - 30c and coupled with the dodgy workmanship and the haphazard manner it was being executed, it maybe worth a look in 12 months time if SP is within my estimates."

With dilution the above would be close to the 15c were we are now.

With SP down another 30% since posting this a year ago. I still stand strong on the comment about XXX that got the original 4yo post moderated.

Note: My sentiment refers to the less than marketable parcel I still hold.
