He is assuming certain things for his 80c valuation & assuming other things for the 1.22 valuation.

They center around when RAP will come to market & generate revenues in US & Europe.

I encourage you all to visit these assumptions as they give you an idea of what the price is worth today based on those metrics.

Note the "optimistic" scenario (current SP $1.22) assumes FDA approval early 2017, US revenue in 2017 & EU revenue in 2018

If you believe these events will occur faster, than due to the DCF methodology used, the current value of RAP (in your eyes based on your opinion) will be higher than $1.22

This report is great for another reason, being it is the first detailed report of RAP in its current stage of being a late-stage biotech.

Watch all the other analysts jump on the bandwagon because, just like the Insto investment community (Fidelity et. al) they don't like missing out!
