Window to apply is closed and I would think that the chances of serious competition, for the ground that Inca has applied for, is minuscule given the clear guidelines for allocation of NDI ground, to wit contiguous with surrounding tenure is a critical criteria. Where there is competition for blocks elsewhere (e.g MDI and GVN and SER and NCM) it could be argued that those blocks are adjoining ground that the competing companies hold.
