IF it was deliberately planned that no pollie could tell them what to do, how is it that Shorten has such access to the BOD of NDIA and is able to work with them to remedy the mess left over?
and how was the corruption of NDIS made possible by those who wanted the program to only service people with disabilities - the LNP added mental illness to the NDIS. totally inappropriate.
