NDIS: now the taxpayers are crying, page-29

Guy up the road from me. An alcoholic. Gets NDIS assistance to help him drink with company. NDIS allowance of over $200 000 to provide 2 carers to clean his house, provide him with booze and have the occasional drink with him. He has 3 kids, why aren't they looking after him? Will NDIS charge the kids for looking after the old man? Even if they do not turn up he his charged with their presence. An absolute rort.
The 2 girls are supplied by a company who charges NDIS. The company charges NDIS $100 per hour but pays the girls $50 per hour. Profits are astronomical for NDIS service providers.
This rort has to be stopped, but which government has the balls to stop it??
