don't be a dope. taxpayers were already paying fro disability services through the state run systems. all Gillard did was nationalise the whole lot and thus reducing the costs to states and ensuring there was interstate management available to all people with disabilities equally.
but yeh the system is still in the process of reform after the 9 years of buffoon mismanagement, adding in mental health and alcohol and drug dependency, and allowing servicing providers to submit any amount they desired and get paid without human inspection..... so many problems which enabled criminal gangs to provide services. all from the LNP govt.
but why use the launch of the NDIS and Gillard's tears for your OP? a rather pathetic shot isn't it? I think it backfired.
