I think we will need an NDIS levy similar to Medicare, although depending on the government, they might not want to link it that directly.
I agree that's its likley to eventually by the LNP that does the heavy lifting, but I think we would need harder economic times and/or some other fiscal crisis to create the will.
That's how these things works, it will need to be off the rails, as opposed to projections of off the rails.
