In my NSW district owners of real estate in Commercial zones must be needing a wheelbarrow to take money to the bank as NDIS oriented businesses open up all over. Any old shack near to being demolished can be spray-painted - tarted up and rented as an office by some NDIS bandits. Just going by new signage as I drive around.
I would estimate the NDIS racket exceeds the ATSI grants racket and thats a mountain to climb.
