The fraud is just a small part of the problem, it was a poorly designed scheme from the get go, one of Gillard's land mines that Abbott and subsequent govts failed to dispose of. It needs a complete overhaul, start again and design a system that only allows people with significant disabilities and provides them with the basics rather than the Rolls Royce. As it stands today, you're better off being covered by the NDIS than your own private insurance and that is a complete and utter failure of any govt system
