@pintohoo; the biggest threat to our future is the community division and values conflict caused by segregating our kids into elitist and unaccountable taxpayer-funded 'private schools' which pay their senior staff four times what public schools leaders are paid - Australia is worse than ever other country on Earth and we've counter-productive educational outcomes to show for it.

We're already seeing intolerance, conflict and sheer ignorance being acted out on our streets - this afternoon 'protesting' right wing anti-vaxer extremists actually harassed and BLOCKED medicos desperately trying to get to work at Melbourne's Royal Children's' Hospital.

Federal funding for 'private schools' is indeed Australia's single greatest RORT - enabling religious organisations and multi-layered companies to operate as 'charities' and to transfer what they cream off taxpayers and the oh-so-gullible overseas. Our governments are filling the coffers of the world's wealthiest religious organisations at taxpayers' expense.
