    A trial for almost 3 years, and at anytime during that 3 years, if needed, any adjustments in the legislation could have been introduced.

    The trial was to iron out the bugs before going full throttle,

    The Libs oversaw the trial, and the Libs implemented the full rollout after the trial.


    Are you trying to claim the Libs lacked the ability to manage the NDIS and make adjustments to minimize the rorts before going ahead with the full rollout?


    As I posted:- "....Considering the NDIS trial ended in 2016 under the Libs, it is a bit rich trying to absolve them of responsibility when they had almost 3 years of trial to tweak the NDIS before rolling it out fully...."
