now being repaired by the Labs. Shorten needs to show an empirical valuation of his repair work. acute mental health needs to be returned to the mental health department and taken off NDIS. this will bring down costs and leave the NDIS for the permanently disabled. it will also reduce the yoy growth of the costs.
