Im bored so let me share a story of how out of control NDIS spending is.
My brother is 80 years old and 4 months. He still drives and their is not much wrong with him apart from being to fat and lazy.
He lives near me and owns his home.
He also owns a rental property in NSW outright.
He has 900K in super.
He has 400k in cash in term deposits.
I know this because i set up his banking online.
He is very very tight with his money. Hard to believe i know with all that wealth.
Here is the kicker. NDIS send around a cleaner once every 2 weeks to clean his house. Vaccum and tidy up. They dont really clean my wife goes up there and helps him do that. How on earth can he get NDIS on that amount of wealth. He does not hide his wealth it is all for the govt to see and he does his tax returns yet he gets NDIS funding. NDIS is a scam .
