My daughter suffered brain damage at birth, carefully diagnosed by the then Dept. of Rehabilitation. Most likely because the attending Dr cut the umbilical before she was breathing.
56 years later she is still at home and an absolute pain in the arse. I appreciate that she was approved for a pension and never reassessed but what a gold mine she would be today.
