Any NDIS fraud or rort will do. If NDIS can let the allegedly disabled have access to porn, porn workers and facilitate disabled porn, then perhaps the NDIS allows funding for any cost whether illegal drugs or sex work or whatever act however ridiculous.
Time for the NDIS to be scrapped and abolished.
