    Actually, I think I think I might have misread Etrade. This is what Etrade says:

    "All Conditional Orders triggered and accepted by us for selling a Security, will be placed into the market at 3 price steps lower than the last sale price at the time the Conditional Order Triggered, unless you have specified a minimum limit price above that figure."

    So if you don't specify a limit, the order will be set at 3 price steps below the trigger price. So if your trigger price was 19c, and 19c is hit, your order will be sent at a limit price of 17.5c (3 price steps below 19c). If there are sufficient buyers, your order might get taken out at 19c, if not then 18.5c, and so on.
