I acknowledge that since 4 July 2011 I have made a number of entirely false and unfounded defamatory allegations on this site against the directors and officers of Nido Petroleum Limited, including Nido's Chairman, Mr William Bloking and Nido's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jocot De Dios.

I admit that I did not, and do not, have any basis for alleging that the relevant directors and officers of Nido engaged in insider trading, or in any other form of illegal or improper share transaction around the time of Nido's announcement to the market of 4 July 2011.

I regret the offence and damage to reputation caused by my words and I unconditionally withdraw and retract all of the defamatory allegations.
