Looks to me like a general sentiment fall all over the place as mentioned by others, since I never knew what was supporting NDO in the first place I really couldn't say anything about a possible recovery. So long as there's no NDO specific reason for the fall, then it should recover - but it sure as sh!t needs some positive funding announcements otherwise NDO 'scrip' is only wallpaper.
