re: ml bond issue Maverick , ML's 'security' is NDO shares ,,, Im thinking that along with a 'peek' at Galoc reserve update , they may also have a good idea of the 'broarder picture' ... (possibly including corporate action) hence taking NDO equity vs say a lein on Nido's share of Galoc as security ?
