If someone is dumping 30 million shares - people will know who it is and why.
There are only 5 holders with more than 30 million:
1. WESTPAC CUSTODIAN NOMINEES 179,042,176 23.494%
2. ANZ NOMINEES LIMITED 72,534,740 9.518%
3. NEFCO NOMINEES PTY LTD 49,057,549 6.437%
4. HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LTD 40,540,488 5.319%
5. YANDAL INVESTMENTS PTY LTD 40,000,000 5.249%
Brokers talk - and it wouldn't take much to find out about a big seller - similar to finding out about hte US hedge fund selling recently.
If it was 30 mill from any other than Westpac Nominees, their hoding (the nominee acc) would be dessimated.
Do you seriously think there is one single massive seller?
