Because everyone on this forum tells me it trades at some huge discount - discount to what is the big quetion, so i thought i would do some valuation analysis, call me crazy...
Point is i guess there is a reason it is not going up. Why would i pay a premium to NPV for a project that is not even sanctioned yet, let alone built and delivering cashflow on time on budget with perfect production performance.
I could buy Anzon cheaper and the project has proven production performance thanks to the EPT, plus its 95% built, plus its in Australia, or i could buy AED which is at greater than 50% DISCOUNT to my NPV assessment and which is going to be producing 6 months earlier than Galoc and is located in Australia.
Because everyone on this forum tells me it trades at some huge...
