So it is very clear what is going to happen near to medium term. Global govts are going to have to pay a premium for the likes of ARU to invest 2 billion to establish mine to processing facilities for the ex China supply.
Otherwise there will be Syrah Resources situations (graphite for which China controls/dominates as well) in which mega investment over a decade that is yet to be profitable and very few company's in REO'S will ever progress to development - in the case of REO'S it is of extremely more global importance.
