Is there any validity in thinking that the Chinese are not limiting exports due to trade restrictions but perhaps the Chinese arent really developing enough Ndpr to feed their industry and export excess? What if the consumption of rare earths is off the charts and not being reported adequately/truthfully? I think perhaps the available amount to market is actually much much lower than ever thought.
