Is the general consensus maybe with Rocky and the crew that the Government, even after the local news article there proclaiming the 2 SML's were about to be announced back in February/March time, kept their powder dry so they had positive announcements just prior to the October election, meaning local employment along with minerals rights revenue etc for the Tanzanian people and the economy ?
