What's the general consensus on the last
capital raise completed well below VWAP
hence rendering a collapse in the share price thus totally styming PEKOC option holders.
How come option holders or even shareholders were unable to participate at this significant discount?
Lastly did management wear fake devil horns and wield pitchforks while chanting incantations at anytime during this process?
