Look I think Rocky sounds and seems to have a deep understanding of rear earth industry no doubt garnered from his time at Mountain pass.. I like the man basically, its his south South Carolina accent or wherever the hell he's from. I don't know it sounds very honest and belies what happened during the raise... Or the raise belies what is going on with the man I can't say which..
