Have you ever lived in China? If so you would know how manipulative the market is there.
I'm not saying the prices don't go down. Everything that goes extremely high adjusts to some point.
They do fluctuate specially when they have continuously gone in one direction.
There was an article in late September that RE prices were up. I will try and post it if I can find it.
Macquarie and other brokers have it undervalued and a price of 25.
You can only hope it goes to 14 or 15.
I'm kicking myself for not having picked it up on Friday.
We shall see which way it goes on Monday. Time will tell.
