Maybe and I have been expecting one since NdPrO went below US $65.Two days before CC it went flat for a day then up. AL at CC talked about this with Joy. The follow week we had biggest fall in almost a year. The market was only open for 2 days in China, The labor holidays, Take look at my charts short changes happen all the time. You need 1 ~ 3 months to call a change in direction with any chance of being correct. Yes Lithium and NdPr are both used in EVs But NdPr is for motors and Lithium is for batteries. They are totally different commodities. With one market in common EVS but many different markets. The substitution options are very different. Hard to make good comparison. Its kind of like comparing rubber and steel. Yes both used in vehicles but not a good idea to draw comparison.
